Mioko C. Tajika is a partner of the firm and is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Groups. Mioko practices general commercial litigation in both the New York federal and state courts, with a particular focus on trademark, trade dress, copyright, and right of publicity litigation.  Her work has also included employment, antitrust, bankruptcy, securities fraud, product labeling, and defamation matters. Mioko also provides client counseling on the proper use and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Mioko is a native Japanese speaker and a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York. During law school, Mioko was a Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. Previously, Mioko worked as a translator and at an art gallery in New York City.
