Kimberly Barcella (née Quintano) represents owners, architects, engineers, construction managers and contractors in a variety of aspects of the construction & design process. She has experience with construction & design litigation, as well as handling sophisticated transactional work, including construction contracts, design professional agreements and adjacent construction access agreements.
Prior to joining Ingram, Kimberly worked as a paralegal for the Law Offices of Peter DeFilippis & Associates and Pilkington & Leggett, P. C. During law school, Kimberly served as an Associate Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and participated in Fordham’s Ireland Summer Law Program, where she held an internship with the Irish Refugee Council.
