Hannah Carmel represents building owners, contractors and construction managers in construction-related litigation with a particular focus on matters involving New York State Labor Law. Hannah has significant experience handling sophisticated transactional and litigation work, acquired during in-house practice and within a big law firm setting.


Prior to joining Ingram, Hannah was a senior litigation associate at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, LLP, where she practiced general liability, with a focus in premises liability and personal injury matters. Early in her career, as a New York Bar Foundation Legal Fellow, Hannah interned for the Honorable Rita Mella in New York County Surrogate’s Court. In law school, she served as the Editor in Chief for the International Law Review, was a Morris C. Fisher Scholarship recipient and was awarded a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in her Drafting Commercial Documents course. Before embarking on her legal profession, Hannah earned a dual degree from Emory in Visual Arts and Art History.
