Sheila Di Gasper focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate and securities transactions, representing private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies and lenders in corporate and securities transactions. The matters she focuses on include mergers & acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, debt and equity financings, recapitalizations, restructurings, bridge financings, growth and seed investment and venture capital transactions.

In addition to representing clients in transactional matters, Sheila has served as outside general counsel to a number of companies, including portfolio companies, guiding them in an array of general business law matters, including commercial arrangements, master form agreements, employment matters, securities law compliance and corporate governance.  She has assisted clients in diverse industries including manufacturing, distribution, marketing, entertainment, healthcare, biotechnology, contract research, education, financial services and other service industries.

Prior to joining Ingram, Sheila worked as a corporate associate in the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groupsof Proskauer Rose LLP, and the Private Equity and General Corporate Groups of Goodwin Procter LLP.
