Michelle F. Hagler focuses her practice on commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, including matters involving lease violations, declaratory judgments, breach of contract, and contract enforcement. Michelle’s trial experience includes non-payment and holdover proceedings, collection and small claims litigation, DHCR conferences and hearings, and Supreme Court litigation.  Michelle also assists in counseling clients on rent regulation and compliance, observance of federal, state and city laws, and drafting of residential and commercial leases.

Prior to joining Ingram,  Michelle was a senior litigation associate with SDK Heiberger LLP, where she represented clients in all aspects of landlord-tenant litigation, from intake to disposition.
