Commercial Litigation
Rachel Hong is an associate in Ingram’s Commercial Litigation Group. Rachel has experience in state and federal courts representing corporate and individual clients in contract disputes, professional liability actions, condominium board issues, derivative lawsuits, and cases involving construction defects, among other matters. Rachel also has Judicial Law Clerk experience and, before that, Judicial Intern experience in New York Supreme Court, Georgia Supreme Court, and United States Bankruptcy Court.
Prior to joining Ingram, Rachel was associated with Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford, P.C., where she practiced general commercial litigation. In addition to her law-related accomplishments, Rachel also has dual degrees in Mathematics and Urban Design & Architecture Studies.
