Roksolana Krasovitskaya represents building owners, contractors and construction companies in construction-related litigation with a particular focus on cases involving violations of the New York State Labor Law.

Prior to joining Ingram, Roksolana worked as an associate for Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, where she focused on construction-related litigation; and at Koster, Brady & Nagler LLP where she represented physicians, other medical professionals, and building owners in medical malpractice and general liability actions. She also spent some time as a law clerk for Hoey, King, Epstein, Prezioso & Marquez and interned at Baker, McEvoy, Morrissey Moskovits, P.C. During law school, Roksolana participated in the Courtroom Advocates Program where she assisted a pro-bono litigant draft a petition for an order of protection, and successfully advocated on the litigant’s behalf in the courtroom.
