Shari has been representing commercial and residential landlords for more than 20 years, with particular experience in the area of landlord-tenant disputes relating to office, retail and restaurant properties, as well as multi-family residential properties, and co-op and condo associations and owners.

She represents landlords in matters including breach of contract, real estate taxes, adjacent properties, community opposition, brokerage agreements, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She has successfully resolved a broad array of real estate related disputes, including landlord/tenant and co-op/condo conflicts as well as business related matters such as partnership disputes. Additionally, she has significant experience resolving real estate matters with complex motion practice and trials in New York State courts, as well as negotiation and arbitration before the American Arbitration Association and JAMS. She also represents co-op boards with various matters, including shareholder the termination of proprietary leases due to shareholder nuisance.
