Chih-Hsun (Tim) Lin is an associate in Ingram’s corporate & business group. Tim works with clients on a variety of business matters, with a particular focus on financing, private equity and mergers & acquisitions. In addition to the transactional experience, Tim has also advised multinational financial institutions and cryptocurrency exchanges on complying with U.S. financial regulations, including anti-money laundering laws, issuing NFTs, sanctions laws and money transmission regulations.

Prior to joining Ingram, Tim was an associate with Lee and Li, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal in Taipei, Taiwan, where he advised financial institutions and multinational companies on asset-based financing, syndicated loan facilities and project financing arrangements, as well as negotiated and drafted facility agreements, security and corporate documents, share purchase agreements and various commercial agreements.
