Ingram Partners Bob Banner & Sheila DiGasper join Phil Ross & Paul Gevertzman of Anchin, Block & Anchin to present the CFO Opening Session: Succession & Millennials: Strategies & Considerations for an Evolving Workforce at ACECNY Winter Conference.  

The session will begin at 5pm on the opening night of the conference when panelists will discuss effective business succession planning techniques that will help attendees snsure that the strong company identity they have build thrives long after a change in leadership.  Attendees will walk away knowing:

• How to create an effective succession plan
• The key accounting issues that arise in succession 
• How to address the commoon concerns of incomping partners/shareholders, and
• What should be in a partnership/shareholder agreement

This program will be a panel discussion.
