Ingram Names New Partners

We are delighted to announce that the firm has added two new partners for 2017. Michael D. Capozzi and Sheila K. Di Gasper accepted their partnership roles as of January 1, 2017. Both attorneys have proven themselves to be outstanding in their fields and valuable assets to the firm.   Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti is proud that excellent attorneys like these call Ingram home. Ingram’s legal team has an array of broad skill sets to help clients deal with  legal issues cutting across many industry lines. Please don’t hesitate to contact Mike or Shelia since their experience, knowledge and common-sense approach to legal issues could benefit you or your business.

Michael Capozzi joined the firm as an associate in 2004. He practices in both New York and New Jersey in the area of landlord-tenant law, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation in both the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. Mike’s skills and experience as an integral senior member of our L&T practice group have helped Ingram represent the most elite and prominent ownership groups in the City of New York.

Sheila Di Gasper joined the firm as a senior associate in 2013, having previously practiced corporate law at a major institutional law firm. She has extensive experience in a broad range of complex corporate matters, including securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, restructurings, and investment issues. Sheila has served as outside general counsel to various companies, and assists businesses with a wide array of legal matters, including employment issues and corporate governance. Dean G. Yuzek, one of the firm’s founding partners, characterized Sheila as “a superb transactional attorney” and “a whiz at structuring complex corporate transactions.” Sheila is a key component of a corporate team that enables Ingram to efficiently provide top-tier transactional services and compete with many of the largest firms in the country.
