Melissa T. Billig is a Partner in the Construction & Design Group at Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti LLP. Melissa has an active transactional and litigation practice with a specialization in design and construction law. Melissa represents owners (commercial and residential), developers, architects, engineers, construction managers and contractors in connection with design and construction agreements, access and license agreements, claims and disputes arising out of breach of contract, professional errors and omissions, defective construction, adjacent construction issues, and property damage claims, and dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and litigation. Melissa also provides risk, project management and business counseling.
Sean Scuderi is an Associate in the Construction & Design Group at Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti LLP. Primarily focused in litigation, he represents institutional and individual owners, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors and construction managers in various commercial, real estate and construction disputes, involving construction and design defects, delay claims, professional liability, breaches of contract, negligence, fraud, property damage, breaches of fiduciary duties, employment and labor law, mechanic’s liens and adjacent construction issues.
Kim S. Riter serves as a Senior Account Executive handling Architects & Engineers (A&E) accounts for William H. Connolly & Co., LLC. Kim manages the unique insurance needs of design professionals and specialty consultants. She has diverse expertise and depth of knowledge in professional liability, including but not limited to general, auto and umbrella liability, property, directors & officers, fiduciary, employment practices liability, and cyber liability. She also provides technical advice on insurance, risk management and presents customized risk management sessions for clients. In addition, Kim serves as Senior Vice President mentoring and training a staff of Account Executives, Representatives and Assistants in this specialization.
