James Tai represents owners, architects, engineers, construction managers and contractors in a variety of construction-related matters, with a particular focus on litigation arising out of construction disputes.
Prior to joining Ingram, James was an associate at Wasserman Grubin & Rogers, LLP where he represented corporate entities and individuals in litigation and arbitration in connection with construction disputes, including Section 881 proceedings of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law.
